Cyla collects the health information you voluntarily enter, including:

• Period start/end dates and flow intensity
• Symptoms, moods, and daily logs
• Cycle length and history

This data is stored exclusively on your device using encrypted local storage (AES-256 encryption at rest). It is never uploaded to our servers or any third-party cloud service.

No Personal Identifiers

Cyla does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information. No account creation is required to use the app.
